Covid Health and Safety:

As the Sheldon Concert Hall is the home of Chamber Music Society of St. Louis, the Chamber is obliged to follow the Sheldon Vaccination Policy, which began on September 2, 2021.

It states: “Anyone aged 12 or older, attending a ticketed event at The Sheldon, will be asked to show proof of full* vaccination, OR a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours from the time of entry into the event.” * Must have received two doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines or a single dose of the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine more than 14 days before the concert.

All concert staff, ushers, bartenders, crew and artists have shown proof of vaccination, or provided regular negative COVID tests, as well before our season begins. This policy will be re-evaluated as vaccination and transmission rates change over the coming months. You can read more on the Sheldon website at

Masks are required at all times when inside The Sheldon unless actively eating or drinking.

We will return to the Sheldon Ballroom and cabaret seating once it is safe to do so. Subscribers- we have your back! Your seating preferences are notated and will be honored once we return to the Ballroom. Thank you for your patience and support as we continue to negotiate through the pandemic.
