Hello to Everyone,
I wanted to remind everyone who had a ticket to last Monday’s LoveFest is Forever in-person concert and all those who purchased tickets to Virtual Concert that the stream becomes accessible at 12 AM Tuesday morning and will be available for 72 hours; so through midnight Thursday.
CMSSL virtual performances are accessed from our WEBSITE. The password is on your in-person ticket, Virtual Subscription Pass or receipt if you purchased online. If this will be your first time to view, we suggest you watch this 5-MINUTE TUTORIAL.
Of course live and in-person is best but….. the virtual stream gives our concertgoers a different perspective….. especially if you prefer the sound further back or in the balcony when you are in the hall. Closer views of the strings in the Tchaikovsky gives such a detailed look at the instruments performing that exciting work. Our “keyboard cam” is perfect for all of you who love to be able to see the pianist’s hands on the keyboard. In the case of Guest Artists Stephanie Trick and Paolo Alderighi, there is a lot to take in. Their complex choreography of moving arms, hands and flying fingers is something to see and the virtual gets you “up close and personal”. Great fun!
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: Do to the proverbial circumstances beyond our control we have to postpone the Clarinet Solo and Ensemble Master Class scheduled for Monday February 21. We will keep you informed when the new date is set.
See you next in cyberspace,
Marc
We deeply appreciate Chamber Music Society and the exquisite music they perform. Thank you for all the lovely music you have brought us over the years. We look forward to many more.
CMSSL has been doing all it can in the way of creative, highly successful efforts to compensate for the agony of 2020. That’s been very much appreciated.
Last night’s performance was, as usual, wonderful. We are looking forward to the next Chamber concert.
We are grateful to your beautiful, awe-inspiring CMSSL in our lives. As threadbare as our nation has become in so many ways, it is the regenerative power of music ant the arts that enthuses me. Keep on weaving! Thank you.
These concerts have been even better than I imagined. My hat off to your engineer- the sound quality exceeded that of most CDs I own of this repertoire. I also applaud Peter Henderson for tackling the Liszt this week. Thank you all so much for bringing so much light in these trying times.
Many thanks… for a very professionally presented performance of endearing music with the very best musicians.
I just wanted to express to you and the board what an exceptional job you each have done during these very trying times. I regularly attend many venues during the course of the year. The Chamber Music Society has by far created the best experience.
The concert was just thrilling. Loved the pianist. Adored the Dvorak. Happy to see Leonard in such an intimate setting. Terrific evening! Thanks.
Thank you for a fantastic evening.
What a wonderful venue, program, incredible musicians. Congratulations on such a great program and the hard work and effort it takes to achieve success for Chamber Music Society of St. Lous. Music is healing, and I thank you.
