Joanna W. Owen is an attorney and Principal in private practice law firm focusing in the areas of real estate transactions, title claims and issues, tax credit syndication low income housing projects, health care regulation, general corporate, and estate planning. She advises individuals and companies on a wide variety of corporate and business law issues. She has an emphasis in real estate law particularly in the area of affordable housing and tax credit transactions. In addition, Ms. Owen has developed an active health care practice advising practice groups, hospitals and other health care providers in the area of regulatory issues. Joanna has taught at the Columbia University School of Law and St. Louis University School of Law.
